GPS neck collars | 23 June 2020 |

We have permission to equip 24 birds with GPS neck collars. They take the geographical position of the goose every 15 minutes for several years thanks to two solar panels. As soon as the bird is in reach of mobile telephone, the data will be transmitted automatically.
We literally fish for geese. A small rope at the end of a fishing rod. We but the string over the head. Watch the video. We can only do this when the clutch is hatching.
