Jon Leithe made some wonderful pictures from the observatorium of kartverket. This picture is a winner. In the background Ny-Ålesund in the fog, but in the front a sharp view on the bear, who is trying to enter Brandalhytta.
The bear at the hut could easily be enlarged. Luckily, I could not enter.

After this investigation, he made a swim in the lake...
and walked away to the west, for the moment away from Ny-Ålesund

For the moment, because the next morning this bear was swimming in lake Solvatnet next to our houses.
